Why NotionStack?
Notion is magic if you have a solid understanding of design, databases, and workflows. Luckily, the incredible community of Notion product builders, template creators, designers, coaches, and consultants makes it easier to become a Notion super user.
As Notion fans, we found it challenging to tap into the power of the Notion community due to the silos of knowledge spread across various social networks, forums, and creator platforms. Like most Notion geeks, we used a Notion database to capture, categorize and organize our Notion community discoveries. As the database grew, our Notion "stack" gave us superpowers to streamline our internal workflows, launch a course and build multiple products (including NotionStack).
Recognizing that our Notion discovery problem is not unique, we decided to shine a brighter light on the Notion creators and their creations by publishing our curated database of Notion discoveries with the world. With NotionStack, we aim to make it easier to tap into the power of the Notion ecosystem and highlight the incredible Notion creators.

The Stack
We are such Notion fans that when it came time to build NotionStack, it was a no-brainer to use Notion to make our marketplace. We are relying upon the following tools to round out our stack:
- Super - Notion allows you to publish your work to everyone, but we wanted to offer a website experience that included hosting on our domain. We elected to go with Super because they supported the key features (e.g., hosting, custom domain, customization, etc.). There are several alternatives to Super that are also good options.
- Tally - We decided to use Tally for our forms because the editor is very similar to Notion, so it was super easy to set up, create and manage. Like other form applications, Tally's Notion integration automatically posts submissions to our Notion database.
